2023 End of Year Concert
KIDS (5-8yrs)
JUNIOR, VARSITY & ADULT
Is my child in this concert? Yes. All our classes (except Saturday) participate in our concerts, rehearsals and photo days.

NO additional costs! Our fees are all-inclusive which means all costumes, rehearsals, media are included and you are not invoiced for any additional costs.
Do we need to attend rehearsals? Yes! They are compulsory for ALL performers.

Can't attend something? It is VERY IMPORTANT to let us know if your child is unable to attend the concert or any of these dates. Please let us know by Term 4, WEEK 1 (October 13th) so we can make adjustments to the class.

* Arrive with Hair and make up.
* Students stay backstage from this point.
* It is optional to purchase a ticket for a performer.

Time: 11:30am - 1:30pm

Date: Sunday 3rd December
Time: 9am - 11am*

Students Arrive: 12:45pm

* Allow time for parking
* Arrive with Hair and make up.
* Students stay backstage from this point.
* It is optional to purchase a ticket for a performer.
* Students can go off site at 5:00pm for dinner or have dinner dropped off to them.

Hair, Makeup, Costumes,
Tickets and other Info
Costumes
When do they get their costume? They receive their costume on our Photo Day (Sunday 3rd Dec)
Do they get to keep their costumes? Yes, unless it specifies that it is a HIRE ONLY item.
What shoes do they wear? Plain white shoes. Any brand as long as they are plain.
Do they arrive to the venue in their costume? Yes, we film the rehearsal

Tickets
When do tickets go on sale? November 13th @ 10am.
How much are tickets?
11:00am Show: $35 Adult / $25 Child
6:00pm Show: $45 Adult / $30 Child
Are there ticket fees? Yes. Ticketmaster have transaction fees that are applicable.

Can students watch the show? Students must have a ticket to watch from the audience, and must return backstage 5 dances before their dance/s and the FINALE. There is a collection point in the audience to collect and return students aged 5 -12yrs. Varsity and Adult students will be allowed into the audience with their own ticket. Students will otherwise stay with their class group and teachers backstage.

Food & Snacks
Food & Snacks can be brought in a lunch box. Always pack a water bottle. Please avoid nuts and eggs due to allergies.

Medication
Please label medication in a sandwich bag or other case and hand to staff upon sign in.
