Is my child in this concert? Yes. All our classes participate in our concerts, rehearsals and photo days.
NO additional costs! Our fees are all-inclusive which means all costumes, rehearsals, media are included and you are not invoiced for any additional costs. Students enrolled in term 4 will have a Concert Levy and Adult Courses cover all of these costs.
Do we need to attend rehearsals? Yes! They are compulsory for ALL performers.

Can't attend something? It is VERY IMPORTANT to let us know if your child is unable to attend the concert or any of these dates. Please let us know by Term 4, WEEK 1 (October 14th) so we can make adjustments to the class.

Costumes
When do they get their costume? They receive their costume on our Photo Day (Sunday 7th Dec)
Do they get to keep their costumes? Yes, unless it specifies that it is a HIRE ONLY item.
What shoes do they wear? Plain white shoes. Any brand as long as they are plain.
Do they arrive to the venue in their costume? Yes, we film the rehearsal

When do tickets go on sale? 12th Nov General Admission / 10th Nov VIP
How much are tickets?
11:00am Show: $40 Adult* / $30 Child
6:00pm Show: $50 Adult* / $30 Child
*VIP Tickets are available this year (prices vary and available earlier)
Are there ticket fees? Yes. Ticketmaster have transaction fees that are applicable.
Can students watch the show? Students must have a ticket to watch from the audience, and must return backstage 5 dances before their dance/s and the FINALE. There is a collection point to collect and return students. Varsity and Adult students will be allowed into the audience with their own ticket. Students will otherwise stay with their class group and teachers backstage. It is not recommended that Kids 5-8yrs get a ticket as the show is short, but you are welcome to do this if preferred.
Food & Snacks
Food & Snacks can be brought in a lunch box (No Nut and egg items). Always pack a water bottle.
Dinner Break is 5:00pm - 5:30pm (latest return by 5:40pm). Parents can collect or drop off food at this time.
Medication
Please label medication in a sandwich bag or other case and hand to staff upon sign in.
