Where is it? Uni Hall, University of Wollongong.

How many shows are there? There are 2 shows!
11am: Kids classes (5-8yrs), plus Development Crews and Performance Crews.
5pm: Junior, Varsity, Level classes plus Development and Performance Crews.

Which show does my child perform in?
Kids (5-8yrs): 11am
Juniors (9-12yrs), Varsity (13yrs & up) & Adult: 5pm
Development & Performance Crews: 11am and 5pm​
10/Under Extension: 11am
How long does the show go for?
Show 1: 11:00 am - 12:15pm
Show 2: 5:00 pm - 7:30pm
*Doors Open 30mins prior
Tickets: You’ll notice a small increase in ticket prices this year. While we’ve done our best to keep costs low, we’ve had to adjust slightly to cover increased venue and operating expenses. We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

Tickets will go on sale 10th June @ 10:00am. Ticket link will be available here.
Parents who have a child in both concerts can request a $40 discount code (must be used on 11am show ticket purchase).

What do they wear? We supply a MYC T-shirt (please collect in Week 10, June 30th - 4th). All students need to wear their own plain black pants/tights (no shorts). Any shoes and accessories are welcome. Makeup is welcome but not compulsory.

Rehearsals & Other Info
Is there a rehearsal?
Yes, on concert day we have a compulsory rehearsal for our students to get comfortable with the stage and practice their routine.

Kids (5-8yrs): 8:45am - 9:45am
Adult: 1:10pm - 1:45pm
Varsity (13yrs & up): 1:30pm - 2:45pm
Juniors (9-12yrs): 2:30pm - 4:00pm
Do I pick my child up after rehearsals?
Kids: Kids remain on site after rehearsals and stay backstage for the show. You can arrange to pick them up if preferred.
Juniors: Juniors remain on site after rehearsals and stay backstage for the show.
Varsity & Adult: Adults and Varsity must leave the venue and return for 4:00pm.

Are they in Act 1 or Act 2? The 11 am show doesn't have an intermission and therefore is just one full show. The 5pm show will have an intermission and you can download the show order by clicking the 'Show Order' button below (Link will be live 23rd May).
Can I buy a ticket for my student who is performing to watch the rest of the show? Yes, you can buy a children's ticket (even if older than 12yrs) for them to sit with you for the parts of the show they are not performing in. You will be responsible to sign them in/out from backstage and bring them into the theatre with a ticket. We do not recommend this with the 11 am show, as with such a short show, they may miss their performance.
Can we do a Late drop off or Early Pickup? If you cannot stay for the whole show or are wanting to bring them late, please communicate with us in advance via email.
